I have over 25 years of coaching experience at the youth, high school and college levels. I have developed and coached some of the best players in the world. Some of my former elite student-athletes are now playing for the NBA while others have gone on to play at some of the best college programs in the nation such as Michigan State, Duke and Kentucky.

I have devoted a large portion of my professional career towards developing youth through sport. I have been instrumental in helping more than 70 high school student-athletes earn college scholarships.

I am a graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas where I was a three year varsity starter earning honorable mention All-State honors my senior year. I then went on to play at Allen County Community College and Avila University. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication with an emphasis in Business and an MBA in Marketing from Avila.

In 2010, I led the expansion of  MOKAN, a Kansas City basketball program, to include programming for those in third through eighth grade more than doubling the opportunities MOKAN provided to area youth. As head coach of the MOKAN 17U team, I led my group to earn a spot in the prestigious Nike Peach Jam tournament held in N. Augusta, S.C. in July 2013.

In 2013, I was named Director of Coach and Camp Curriculum Development at Breakthrough Basketball. I have helped Breakthrough Basketball grow to conducting over 300+ nationwide camps and reaching 12,000 + campers yearly.

I am passionate about basketball not just for the love of the sport, but because of the opportunities it creates to make a huge positive impact in the lives of the players!
